Target Audience: Open to all
CILT are holding a series of events showcasing supply chain educational resources and sponsorship opportunities, including: presentations, technology demonstrations and educational games. The following events will take place throughout the day:

The Knowledge Centre: will be open to the public for the Knowledge for the Knowledge Centre Challenge. Participants are encouraged to use the resources with the help of the Knowledge Centre team to find the answer to industry based queries within a 15 minute time slot.

Humanitarian Logistics Certification Programme: For those interested in a career in humanitarian logistics, there will be a short presentation at 14:30 by Dorothea Carvalho, Professional Development Project Director, on work that CILT and the Humanitarian Logistics Association do in the area. This will include details of the Humanitarian Logistics Certification Programme.

Aspire: CILT’s charitable careers foundation Aspire will advise visitors how they can upgrade their skills and qualifications through Aspire funding. At 10:30 a beneficiary of the fund will share their experience and a member of the Aspire team will be available to explain the application process. Application forms will be available to visitors to submit on the day.

The Institute of Operations Management (IOM): will be available all day to discuss training courses and development opportunities.

There will be the opportunity to attend 3D printing technology demonstrations throughout the day

Industry analysts Gartner and careers advisers Plotr will also be holding events at the Institute (please see separate event listings for details).
