University of Economics in Katowice has decided to join the celebration of ‘Supply Chain Day’ on 21th April. That day, from 10:00 a.m. until 14.00 p.m., students from the University will have an unique opportunity to participate in the workshop called ‘Applicable methods of solving problems in the Supply Chain’. The workshop is the initiative of the Department of Business Logistics and is provided by its partners: Nexteer Automotive Poland sp. z o.o., BeLean.
The Workshop Program:
1. Introduction: problems in the Supply Chain
2. Case Study - "warm up". Preparing students for the workshop
3. Technical presentation of problem solving tools
4. An analysis based on real problems in the Supply Chain
5. Presentation of conclusions and open discussion
Comments
The workshop is dedicated for all students interested in logistics, lean and methods that allow to increase the efficiency of the supply chain. One tracks will be held between 10:00 a.m. and 14.00 p.m. (local time). Max. number of participants - 25.
