Inspiring the Next Generation of Logisticians
Description
Target Audience: Students from Stephenson Studio School, King Edward VII College and Sir Frank Whittle Studio School
CEVA is passionate about educating young people about the exciting careers on offer within the company and the wider logistics sector, and is passionate about engaging with the local community.
This year, CEVA has invited three local schools and colleges to participate in various activities at its UK Head Office in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire to inspire the next generation of logistician.
The activities will include playing the Business on the Move board game, a tour of the Centre of Logistics Excellence and a presentation from a key customer who will explain the importance of CEVA’s role in its overall supply chain activities. Pat Smedley and Andy Page, co-founders of Business on the Move board game, will facilitate the game and present a prize to the winning team. CEVA is looking forward to showcasing CEVA and the industry as a whole in what will no doubt prove to be a fun and exciting day.
